We will train our microbes to digest any food correctly and efficiently.
We will truly appreciate the vehicle we live in.
We will learn to overcome self-sabotage and depressive states.
We will explore our body and mind and unlock our utmost potential.
-
If you have been struggling to find your root cause, if you have been to countless doctors, and health practitioners and STILL no fix, then let us help.
With a combination of Immune Centric Coaching and Psychological methods, we GUARANTEE to help you find a long-lasting solution.
Each session is specifically tailored to your needs. The intensity of the treatment will depend on your current path of recovery.
To find our solution we MUST look at both the biological world and it’s relation to our mindset and felt-sense experience.
We are up against foods engineered to make us crave. Foods that disrupt the balance of our microbiome, feeding the wrong bacteria that make us crave more.
BACTERIA CONTROLS OUR CRAVINGS more than any other factor around and we will learn why and how to reverse that.
We are up against corporations that strive to hijack both our dopamine and serotonin receptors. It is time we take back control of our mind and body and become the individual we were meant to become.
Where It All Began…

Brandon Moase is a Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner (CNP) and gut-health specialist who is revolutionizing nutrition through his profound expertise and understanding of the gut microbiome. After spending years struggling with digestion issues, feelings of insecurity, anxiety, and depression, Brandon turned to fad diets, supplements and prescription medications, only to become frustrated with the lack of long-term, sustainable solutions.
Brandon's revelation was that rather than eliminating all foods, it was crucial to understand that each food serves a purpose. He learned that training the body to accept all foods and nourishing the right bacteria were paramount. He focused on developing a healthy relationship with food by training his gut and allowing the beneficial bacteria to thrive.
With over a decade of research and practical experience in immune-centric health, Brandon developed the Gut Reset protocol, specifically designed for individuals who are exhausted from fruitless dieting and are ready for sustainable change.
Brandon’s mantra is simple yet impactful: the key to holistic health is not just about eliminating foods but understanding their purpose in nourishing both the body and mind. He is not just a health-coach, he’s an invaluable guide for anyone looking to fundamentally transform their relationship with food, health, and self.

Hi! My name is Rachel. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology from McGill University with experience working as a research assistant in a lab using EEG brain scans looking at anxiety and depression.
Mental health is so tied to gut health, our digestive health and overall wellbeing; it is so crucial for proper nervous system and brain functioning. Mental health is something I have personally struggled with for many years, and as a result, became really passionate about. From crippling anxiety, to dealing with trauma, to developing OCD, doing different kinds of processing therapy, going off and on SSRIs. I can easily say, it’s been a fucking journey. Nutrition mental health is a growing industry and for good reason. I hope that by sharing some of my story, it will in-turn help others. I want to help those who may be struggling, to get to the root cause of their anxiety and the symptoms they’re experiencing. To help balance mood and re-heal the mind-body connection naturally. We have so many new and exciting avenues to heal the body; though supplementation, gut health and food protocols, psychological therapy, CBT, emotional release, exercise plans, and much more. Especially how it all ties in with our hormonal health and emotional eating. I am here to help, heal and restore balance within our mind and body.I am currently a student at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (IHN), in Toronto, to become a certified nutritional practitioner (CNP). My aim is to tie together my bachelors degree in Psychology with my nutritionist certification, to emphasize the connection between our nutrition, mood, and wellbeing.
